At Oats and Honey Homestead, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help!

Returns
    •    You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
    •    Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    •    Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
    •    Sale or clearance items
    •    Gift cards
    •    Personalized or custom-made products
    •    Perishable goods (if applicable)

Refunds
    •    Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.
    •    Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
    •    If you need an exchange for a different size, color, or item, please contact us at contactoatsandhoney@gmail.com before returning the product.
    •    Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our end.
    •    We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
