Local Returns:
Items purchased locally (markets, pickups, or local delivery) may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, as long as they’re unused and in original packaging.

Shipped Orders:
For shipped orders, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the product amount (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of our products, skincare and personal-use items (like whipped tallow creams or lip balms) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to help if issues arise.

Pickup & Local Delivery
If you’re local to Listowel/Fordwich, Ontario, you can select free local pickup or local delivery at checkout.
We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup and arrange a convenient time.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
